Since our beginning in 1994, Modern Rock Inc. has built a extensive client base of architects, builders and owners throughout the southeast.

The scope of our work ranges from individual residences, resort communities, multifamily housing, shopping centers, health care facilities and hotel restaurant.

To support these relationships we have assembled a supervisory staff that is lean, diverse, knowledgeable and competent in every phase of the project.
